Lash Addiction Beauty Studio uses this program to send opted-in studio staff callback and appointment-request alerts from its automated front desk. The program uses the staff member’s mobile number, consent record and message delivery/opt-out information. Alerts may contain a caller’s name, callback number, requested service, preferred time and message. These are requests for staff review; they do not confirm an appointment.
Authorized studio staff and service providers process this information to operate the front desk, save requests and deliver alerts. The current providers include Twilio for phone/text delivery and Vapi and its speech/AI providers for the automated phone conversation. Call recording is disabled; conversation transcripts, summaries and saved requests may still be processed and retained.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers may process information to operate and deliver the program.
Staff may stop alerts by replying STOP. Opting out stops future alerts and does not erase appointment or request records. To ask about personal information, correction or deletion, reply HELP to request a studio callback. The studio retains records as needed to respond to requests, operate its services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
